Private beta privacy notice

Your planning data belongs to your account.

Updated September 2, 2026

What 168+ stores

168+ stores your name, login email, protected password credentials, account-security records, Areas of Life, tasks, schedules, settings, and 168 Mode information that you choose to save.

Why it is stored

This information is used to sign you in, generate and display your plans, save your changes, protect accounts, recover access, and provide necessary support.

Who can access it

Other testers cannot access your account data. The site owner can still technically access stored records through the hosting database when necessary for operation, security, or support. 168+ does not currently use end-to-end encryption.

Service providers

The private beta is designed to use Cloudflare for website hosting and database storage, and Resend for verification and password-recovery emails. These providers process only the information needed to provide those services.

Your controls

You can download a copy of your account information or permanently delete your account from the Account page. Deletion removes the active account and its saved planning records. Hosting backups may retain recoverable copies for a limited period.

Private-beta caution

Do not store highly sensitive medical, financial, legal, identification, or confidential workplace information in 168+ during the private beta. Contact the person who invited you if you have a privacy or account question.
